Eyecarrot CEO Adam Cegielski on COVID-19: Caring for our Customers and Employees

The Eyecarrot Team is committed to helping keep your organization running as smoothly as possible during the continued spread of COVID-19. We are still hard at work to make sure both our clients and their patients have access to Binovi in spite of the circumstances.

We have a business continuity plan in place and are confident that our support teams have the resources required to ensure that our product remains fully functional. Our Customer Success Managers are also fully prepared to ensure that they are as accessible to clinics as they would be if they were in the office. The service we provide our customers will not be compromised, despite the challenges right now.

Health and Safety

The Eyecarrot Team will be working remotely away from the office for the foreseeable future in an effort to limit any spread of the virus, and we encourage our Binovi Community partners to do the same whenever possible. In a pandemic situation such as this, social distancing and isolation is a tactic that has already proven itself to be powerful in a number of affected countries around the world; working together for the benefit of everyone is key.

Remote Access

Binovi will continue to be available for all of our users. Practices using Binovi Pro can access client records away from the office and can review and assign home therapy as normal. Binovi Coach users will still receive the home therapy plans and multimedia instructions they’ve come to expect. In any case, both Binovi Pro and Binovi Coach users can still stay in contact directly inside the apps using secure messaging.

Hardware Availability

Our distribution partner in the United States, Bernell, has informed us that, until further notice, they are operating as usual, delivering both Binovi Touch and Binovi Kit. The latest batch of Binovi Touch will be in stock shortly. Any devices ordered from within Canada, however, will be delayed as we are not fulfilling those orders at this time.

Education Opportunity

With a potentially quieter period ahead, now is a great time to take advantage of Binovi Academy’s premium education content, be it the Sanet Vision Seminar Series from Dr. Robert Sanet and Dr. Leonard Press, the Primitive Reflexes module from Patti Andrich, or an Introduction to Syntonics from Stefan Collier. Now is also a good time to review the Binovi Training manuals for Binovi Pro, Binovi Coach, and Binovi Touch.

We continue to monitor all of our support lines and are available as normal. This includes live chat on our website and inside Binovi Admin, as well as by e-mail at support@eyecarrot.com and by phone, at 1 (844) 600-5932. Our social media accounts continue to be monitored and will be updated as necessary.
